M.K. and MEMBER RELATIONS

Pursuant to the 14th and 15th Articles of Turkish Union of Chambers and Exchange Commodities Law no. 5174, the members registered in our Chamber are grouped under fourty professional committee. Monthly meetings and sectoral debate meetings are conducted in our Unit for the committees, the duties of which, as specified in the Law, are to perform examinations regarding the Professions, offering the precautions considered beneficial and necessary to the administration board to be debated. In these meetings, the members are asked for the sectoral problems, solutions are offered on the basis of corporations, requests and demands on the local level are conveyed to the local administrators of our city and problems requiring change in laws and regulations and which should be solved on the national level are conveyed and solved.

 

      Pursuant to the 12th Article of the Turkish Union of Chambers and Exchange Commodities Law no. 5174, members are notified about any domestic and foreign fairs via mail, text message and our web site, the demands are evaluated for participation in these fairs and participation organizations are conducted. Our Administrative Board provide financial support during fair visits.

 

      Pursuant to the 12th Article of the Turkish Union of Chambers and Exchange, any list, certificate, information and documents asked by our members are prepared and offered to them.

 

       Drafts and related views regarding the changes in law and legislations concerning the member’s own sectors are conveyed to the Turkish Union of Chambers and Exchange councils and related Ministries through the meetings we conduct and by reporting the views conveyed personally by the members.

 

       Contact meetings are conducted regarding the regulations. When a new law or regulation is issued about our members, contact meetings are conducted regarding the implementations of the new regulation and the subjects that the members should be informed about.

 

      In the commercial relations of our members, their complaints related to the problems the consumers have had with our members are heard; firstly it is solved via bilateral discussions and         by peaceful means and if the conflict is not resolved via these methods, it is debated and settled at the Disciplinary Board of our Chamber which is formed pursuant to the 20th and 21st articles of Turkish Union of Chambers and Exchange Commodities Law no. 5174.
